  5. AerdnaZaze Says:

you also can say Qué onda = What’s up

  6. Snowee Says:

I said Que onda to some Spanish speaking people and they didn’t know what it meant.

  7. AerdnaZaze Says:

well you can say it in Mexico I don’t know if other countries use it too
and it is a like “what’s up” so you only can use it with young people :D

  8. JULIANCHOB1990 Says:

Most of the words you use there are used just in Mexico, for example the normal form of “que onda” would be “que hacen?” but in several countries you could use “quiubo” or ” y entonces?” and both mean the same.

  9. learnwithadrian Says:

Well, in these videos I am teaching Spanish from Spain and many of the expressions can be different in other countries. Anyway most of the expressions in these videos are understood everywhere, but if you say “quiubo” nobody would understand that in Spain :-) Anyway, it is always interesting to know these bits and it would be nice if you comment the videos and add this information. Thanks!

  10. learnwithadrian Says:

Most people don’t know what “qué onda” means in Spain, unless they have Argentinan friends.

  11. Snowee Says:

Even my Mexican friend didn’t understand it. This is how it is said correctly: “Como andan? / Como anda?” not “Que onda”.

  12. AerdnaZaze Says:

jja ja quiubo XD well that’s more than a informal word , we also use this one “quehongo” XD

    hope it helps…

  15. kaikovich Says:
