Seems obvious she’s a part-time actress, not a teacher. Probably paid by the hour as the producers clearly didn’t want to spend more time/money than was necessary to go through the phrases, hence doing it all in one take and with very little preparation.
Might have been a good idea to let her read through the material on her own before switching on the camera. That way she could have enunciated the less familiar words like “gótico” without hesitation. But time is money…
